La Casa Petita is a well-maintained and tasteful holiday home, originally part of a farm, situated in the countryside just outside of Girona, Catalonia. The friendly Spanish owners Judith and Josep have recently completely renovated the house and now let you enjoy all the comforts of this delightful, peaceful, and rural place.
The house is only a few hundred meters away from Domain Can Piferrer, but is completely private and has its own pool. The minimalist and serene décor has beautiful architectural details like stone walls, attractive floors, and a solid finishing. A comfortable sofa, scented candles, a charming fireplace, and a private terrace with BBQ. These elements along with the green garden and the pool with sunbeds and umbrellas, make of La Casa Petita a tranquil and exclusive holiday spot as well as a perfect base for exploring the most amazing places in Catalonia.
Judith and Josep warmly welcome their guests with a basket of organic products from their own garden and offer complimentary use of mountain bikes. Take the bike to get fresh bread, ask the gardener for juicy tomatoes in your salad ... and fully enjoy the central location near the charming city of Girona and idyllic beaches at less than half an hour drive.

Reservations are considered valid after receipt of a down payment of 30% of the total rental costs. The balance must be paid 6 weeks before the day of arrival. If your booking is done within 6 weeks before arrival, you are required to pay the full amount immediately. In case of cancellation more than 6 weeks before arrival there will be no down payment refunded. No refund will take place in case of cancellation within 6 weeks before arrival. We therefore strongly recommend a comprehensive travel insurance.
You will be asked to pay a deposit of € 300, - in cash upon arrival to the owners.

La Casa Petita is ideally located in the center of Catalonia (northern Spain) just outside the town of Cassa de la Selva. Beautiful beaches and bays are a half hour drive away, and Girona is just 15 minutes by car. Besides, from the nearby train station, you can reach the center of Barcelona within one hour only.
In the surroundings, there are plenty of possibilities for nice day trips, after which you return to your peaceful home in the idyllic countryside. From your private terrace, you look over the expansive landscape with some farms in the distance and the picturesque village of San Andreu on top of a hill.
