The estate of Casa Boccodoro is surrounded by the beautiful hilly landscape and consists of 3 separate bedrooms, each with a double bed and a bathroom ensuite for maximum peace and privacy. This unique residence has been beautifully renovated, with modern and colourful furnishings giving a contemporary touch, without losing the essential rustic feel of Puglia.
Inside, you will find the distinctive whitewashed walls small nooks and arches. The interior exudes understated luxury and includes beautiful art, brightly coloured doors and unique decorations collected by the owner. In the main building, you will find a modern kitchen, fully equipped with Smeg appliances. Further on, you will find the living room with a cosy fireplace and a large window that functions as a picture frame for the picture perfect view of the olive and fruit trees. There is also a double bedroom with a beautiful bathroom, finished in waxed concrete. Both the trullo and the lamietta have a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The 3 separate bedrooms allow everyone to enjoy the privacy of their own residence.
For a communal dinner, guests can gather around the dining table on the covered terrace. Here you will find a large seating area and further on an outdoor kitchen with authentic stone barbecue. The 10-metre swimming pool cools you down in summer, and after a dip, you can enjoy the sun and the uninterrupted view of the landscape on one of the sun beds. On the roof top of the main house is a spacious terrace, perfect for admiring the sunset.
The location of Casa Boccadoro is also ideal for exploring the famous Itria valley. Within 5 minutes you can reach the famous white town of Ostuni. The towns of Ceglie Messapica, Martina Franca and Grottaglie are easy to reach. The Adriatic Sea is also just a 20-minute drive away.

On booking, a 30% deposit of the reservation amount is required. The remainder must be paid no later than 6 weeks before the start of your stay. In case of a booking within the period of 6 weeks, the total reservation sum is to be paid immediately. In case of a cancellation more than 6 weeks before the start of your stay, 50% of the deposit will be returned. In case of cancellation within the period of 6 weeks no refund will be made. We therefore recommend a cancellation insurance.
The owners ask for a security deposit: € 500,-. This amount has to be transferred to Nice2stay. If you leave the house in good condition and no damage has been found, Nice2stay will refund the deposit within 14 days after your departure from the house.

Casa Boccadoro is located in the idyllic Itria valley. This rolling green valley is characterised by iconic trulli houses, vineyards, almond and olive groves and winding country roads leading to charming Italian villages and towns.
The estate is just a 10-minute drive from the centre of Ostuni, the famous "white town" with an impressive maze of small streets, stylish bars and delicious restaurants. You can also visit the large cathedral or stroll along the market stalls on the Saturday market, where you can buy local products. You can also reach the centre of Ceglie Messapica within 15 minutes. The historical centre of this town is full of characteristic white houses, red geraniums and cobbled streets. In Ceglie you will also find delicious restaurants where you can taste local dishes and wines. Thanks to the central location of Casa Boccodoro you can reach authentic places, such as: Martina Franca (30 km), with its baroque architecture or Cisternino (25 km) filled with graceful baroque buildings, local markets and many craft shops with regional specialties. Or drive to the town of Grottaglie (28 km), one of the best craft ceramic centres in Italy.
In addition, there are a number of fantastic beaches on the Adriatic Sea within easy reach. For example, you can reach the coastal town of Torre Santa Sabina (16 km), a fine sandy beach on the clear blue sea, within 30 minutes. Beach lovers can also drive to Lido Morelli (21 km) and Torre Guaceto (23 km) near Ostuni or Marina di Ginosa (86 km) and San Pietro (55 km) on the Ionian Sea.
The nearest airport is in Brindisi (33 km). Bari airport is 1 hour and 15 minutes (108 km) away.

Casa Boccadoro is a wonderful holiday destination for 6 people, with a simple but very tasteful interior. The outdoor areas with the beautiful swimming pool and various lounge areas invite you to relax completely.
