Ground floor:

You enter the house on the ground floor, dominated by old vaulted ceilings, stone walls, and polished concrete floors.

• You will find here the striking "industrial look" kitchen with a huge wooden worktop. The kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, gas hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, kettle, coffee machine, and next to the kitchen is also a washing machine.
• Adjacent to the kitchen in the same open space is the cozy dining room with a beautiful wooden table for 6 people and direct access to the Mediterranean garden.
• On the ground floor is also an eye-catching bathroom with a marvelous natural stone bath and a stone sink.

First floor:

• An open staircase leads to the first floor where you will find the stylish living room with a restored tiled floor. Under the vaulted white ceiling stands a comfortable and modern sofa, and there is a large built-in (stone) corner sofa.
• The two bright bedrooms on this floor are characterized by an authentic ceiling of old wooden beams and a warm atmosphere. Both rooms are furnished with a double bed, a mosquito net above the bed, and storage space for clothes.
• On this floor is the second bathroom with a distinctive walk-in shower, a toilet, and a sink.

Second floor:

• On this floor - at the back of the house - is a bedroom with a double bed and a study room that is equipped with a desk and colorful paintings.
• From both the rooms, you can step directly onto the sun terrace and the shaded patio.

Throughout the house, you have access to WIFI-internet. There is mobile air conditioning in one bedroom and fans in the other bedrooms. 

Outdoor areas:

• On the ground floor, from the open plan kitchen/dining room, you have access to a Mediterranean garden with a round dining table and a parasol.
• Upstairs (on the 2nd floor) is a beautiful sun terrace and a shady patio with a wooden table and benches from where you can enjoy panoramic views.
