Privately situated on a sloping hill in the Tuscan countryside, Casa Morelli is an attractive holiday home (for up to 6 people) with an authentic character. Originally built in the 15th century in a classic Tuscan style, it was recently renovated by the most passionate craftsmen, integrating perfectly a modern and minimalist design into the traditional structure.
Don't expect a trendy interior but a sustainable style with a courageous design characterized by robust handmade wooden furniture, local ceramics, and selected decorations and paintings that together form a harmonious whole.
The heart of the house is the loft-style living/dining room and open plan kitchen with a strikingly large panoramic window, which can be fully opened and offers stunning views of the surrounding green hills. The smooth connection between inside and outside is further enhanced by the seamlessly laid black ‘cotto’ floor that was specially created for Casa Morelli. Outside there is a kitchen and a picnic table for an al-fresco breakfast or dinner as well as several shaded pergolas which allow you to enjoy uninterrupted views.
If you want to leave the tranquility of the house for a moment, the area offers a range of options. Siena, Arezzo, and Florence are home to a unique collection of cultural beauties. Gourmands can try many specialties in local trattorias such as excellent red wines, olive oil, and pecorino cheese, all produced here. In short, Casa Morelli is a real Tuscan Treat!
All accommodations in our unique collection meet our high standards in quality, comfort, style and setting. We visit every place, meet the owners and explore the area, so we are sure that you will have a great holiday here!
