The Italian poet Leopardi called the beautiful Le Marche region with its rolling hills, sunflower fields and lush olive groves a jewel.
In the midst of this gem lies the luxury holiday home Casa Olivi, an ancient farmhouse in which the authentic country life merges with contemporary design. On top of one of the green hills around the town of Treia, with the azure blue of the Adriatic on the horizon, you will find this special holiday home. The French owners have transformed the old, derelict country house and the surrounding barns together with good architects into a modern and luxurious holiday home for 11 people. The minimalist interior is extended to the country estate, which is even breathtakingly beautiful. The large (solar-heated) swimming pool is designed after an old-fashioned drinking trough for cattle. The high position of the pool provides an uninterrupted view of the hills. An old hay barn has been converted into a pergola with outdoor kitchen with grill and tappanyaki plate, dining area and lounge area with sound system. A former shed is now a luxury guesthouse for 2 people.
Casa Olivi offers everything for a great holiday in Le Marche: air conditioning, home cinema, pool table, satellite TV, fitness room with Technogym equipment and also a good restaurant 2 minutes away from the house.
In addition, many additional services are possible upon request, such as a private chef from a wine tasting. You will feel at home at Casa Olivi in the quiet and atmospheric ambiance.
All accommodations in our unique collection meet our high standards in quality, comfort, style and setting. We visit every place, meet the owners and explore the area, so we are sure that you will have a great holiday here!

Le Marche is perhaps still one of the most hidden jewels in Italy. Thousands of hills with olive trees, fruit plantations and sunflower fields. Every village has its tradition from a long history, beautiful old churches, museums or theaters. This is the land of Giacomo Leopardi and his beautiful 'Infinity'. The Adriatic Sea is close by, which brings a good balance between earth and water.
Various restaurants and a supermarket can be found within a 10-minute drive from Casa Olivi. From mid-July to mid-August you can enjoy the open-air opera festival in Macerata. You can spend a day on a heavenly beach at the Costa Conero with the transparent water and eating Italian sushi at Moreno Cedroni, or hike in the legendary Sibillini mountains. There are lots of activities, the hardest will be to leave the pool at the house ...
