Casa Piana is the dream project of Alessio Manca, who together with a team manages several magnificent villas in Puglia, including the picture-perfect Masseria Moroseta. Together with the designer duo Studio Palomba Serafini, Alessio has renovated his own apartment and created the ultimate place for a relaxing stay and authentic experience in southern Puglia.
Upon entering, you are greeted by an abundance of natural light and a simple and sophisticated style. The minimalist design consists of natural tones, vintage furniture, eye-catching artworks and beautiful materials such as copper, natural stone and marble. On either side of the sun-drenched living room you will find two bedrooms with stunning ensuite bathrooms. One of the bathrooms features a stylish and very spacious bricked-in bathtub, while the other bathroom is equipped with a beautiful rain shower.
The upper floor was originally a simple terrace and has been transformed by the designers into an extension of the living area, with the ultimate highlight being the modern aesthetic kitchen, consisting of an iron and glass structure. You will also find a stylish rooftop terrace for endless dinners under the stars.
The apartment is located in the town of Nardò, where you will enjoy the Italian charm, the smell of 'caffè leccese' and 'pasticciotto' coming from the cafes and sea breezes from the Ionian Sea, which is only 10 kilometers away.

On booking, a deposit of 30% of the reservation amount is required. The remainder must be paid no later than 6 weeks before the start of your stay. When booking within the period of 6 weeks, the total reservation amount must be paid immediately. In case of cancellation more than 6 weeks before the start of your stay, 50% of the deposit will be returned. When cancelling within the period of 6 weeks there will be no refund. We therefore recommend that you take out cancellation insurance.
The owners ask for a security deposit of 1000 euro, which has to be paid in advance to Nice2stay. You will receive a payment request around 2 weeks before your arrival. If you leave the accommodation clean and no damage is found, the deposit will be refunded within 14 days.

Nardò is a charming town in southern Puglia. Nardò is typically one of those Italian places where the pace is slower than in the big city and where you can find a way of life that you simply won't find in the more touristy areas of Puglia. Casa Piana is a few minutes' walk from the lively center, with small cafes and great restaurants. Start the day with a cappuccino on the terrace and stroll through the winding streets, past the ancient architecture, colossal churches and cozy squares.
In summer, most cafes and stores are closed during the hottest hours of the day, so you can have an excellent drive to one of the beautiful beaches nearby. Within also a 15-minute drive you are in the seaside town of Gallipoli and the iconic Porto Selvaggio natural park. In addition, there are more than a dozen beaches to reach in just under 20 minutes' drive.
You can also drive to the little port of Gallipoli (16 km), picturesquely located on a rocky island in the Gulf of Taranto. Around Gallipoli you will also find stunning beaches with white sand or rocky beaches. You can also drive a little further towards Lecce (29 km), the city which is also known as the "Florence of the South" and which is especially known for its beautiful Baroque architecture, Roman ruins and museums and a delicious Italian dolce vita! Stroll through the historic city and along Piazza del Duomo and Piazza Sant'Oronzo. This typical southern Italian city is full of piazzas and palazzi, and is a wonderful setting for a relaxing vacation.
