Reservations are considered valid after receipt of a down payment of 30% of the total rental costs. The balance must be paid 6 weeks before the day of arrival. If your booking is done within 6 weeks before arrival, you are required to pay the full amount immediately. In case of cancellation more than 6 weeks before arrival 50% of the received down payment will be refunded. No refund will take place in case of cancellation within 6 weeks before arrival. We therefore strongly recommend a comprehensive travel insurance.
The owners ask for a security deposit of 1000 Euro when renting the exclusive villa, which must be paid to Nice2stay about 2 weeks before arrival. The deposit will be refunded within 14 days after departure from the holiday home, if no damage is noted.

Casale Tre Gelsi is situated on a beautiful fully fenced private property with a saltwater swimming pool, various fruit trees, a vegetable garden, and sweeping views over the adjacent rolling hills and vineyards.
This boutique B&B has a total of 6 rooms, all with their own outdoor space and one attachted room to Corinaldo which can be rented as one for a family. The rooms are spread over the ground floor and first floor. All rooms are equipped with box-spring beds (180x200cm), air conditioning, heating, and the 5 bathrooms have a rain shower. There are no televisions in the rooms, but there is a library and you have access to wifi-internet both indoors and outdoors.
