Quinta da Arrabida, located in the Arrábida Natural Park, is just 40 minutes south of Lisbon. There are three houses on this estate, the Manor House is the largest of the three and Casa do Forno and Casa do Pinheiro are two smaller houses. You are surrounded by mountains and forests, a stay here offers a natural and peaceful environment.
You enter the estate through a beautiful driveway through the forest and the road brings you to one of the two cottages, each completely private, hidden on the property. The driveway ends at the shared swimming pool with large surrounding gardens. The swimming pool can be closed with a gate and is also accessible to guests of the Manor House. Relax on the sun beds, while the children play a game of football or take a look at the animals in the small farm on the property. They can collect eggs, pet rabbits and possibly help with feeding them.
The Manor House (10 people) is spacious and offers a large and fully equipped kitchen with a large stove. Enjoy your meals either inside the elegant dining room or outside in the sun or shade at long dining tables. The living room is spectacular with the large authentic fireplace, several seating areas, and doors that open to the private terrace. The three lofty bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms make you feel waking up in a luxury hotel providing comfortable beds.
The two cottages are each detached and have a large private terrace with dining table, umbrella and nice seating. They have total privacy. The living room is inviting with a sofa by a wood stove and a dining table. The kitchen is simple, but fully furnished. Casa do Forno (4 people) has two bedrooms and Casa do Pinheiro (2 people + 1 child) has 1 bedroom. The bedrooms have comfortable beds and air conditioning. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet.
