Stay in a beautiful farmhouse of more than 150 years old, which thanks to its harmonious blend of old and new, is a now genuine architectural gem. The estate was in use right up until 1995 and its countless olive trees still bear silent witness to its rural past. These days relaxation is key at Corte Campioli - German owners, Sabine and Christian, have fully renovated all of the buildings on the grounds, paying close attention to the interiors, for a thoroughly modern design in a truly comfortable setting.
The entire complex has been divided into four separate properties: the old farmhouse (Casa Vecchia, with four rooms), the smaller Capanna (the ‘cottage’ with one room), and the newly constructed Casa Michele, with two (adjoining) suite apartments. Il Fienile, the former barn, is now the place to socialise with a delightful sitting area and a large, open plan summer kitchen. There’s also a convivial breakfast area where guests begin their day with a generous breakfast buffet.
To the first floor of Casa Vecchia there’s a large communal room with designer kitchen and cosy fireplace.
Corte Campioli also boasts a superb swimming pool located at the back of Casa Vecchia, where avid swimmers can make use of its reverse current system for a more challenging dip.
All accommodations in our unique collection meet our high standards in quality, comfort, style and setting. We visit every place, meet the owners and explore the area, so we are sure that you will have a great holiday here!

Corte Campiolo is a beautiful place in Le Marche. Also called as the pretty little 'sister' of Tuscany and perhaps one of the most charming regions of Italy. With the beautiful towns of Pesaro, Urbino, Fano and Senigallia at short distance, you will not get bored to all the art, culture and history in the area. Also the countryside offers much beauty: vineyards, olive trees and beautiful villages in breathtaking hills.
The sea is also close: in half an hour you are on the beach or walking through the beautiful park of the Monte Conero, also on the coast. Moreover, the area is ideal for sports activities: from tours with the (mountain)bike to steep hikes with stunning views overlooking the Adriatic Sea or in the Apennines.
