When booking within the 6-week period, the total reservation sum must be paid immediately. In case of cancellation more than 6 weeks before the start of the stay, 50% of the deposit will be returned. The house has two separate independent lodgings, a larger one on the ground floor, and (accessible by an external staircase) a small studio upstairs.
The house is set in a 6000 m2 garden, with a beautifully landscaped lawn and a swimming pool that can be used from June to September (exclusive to the bungalow). You can park on-site.
Both accommodations have a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a double bedroom, and a bathroom. They are also equipped with Wi-Fi internet, heating, a sound system, books, and music CDs.
A baby bed and high chair are available for children. The upper floor is not suitable for children under 12 years old.
