Domus Sbirciò is a tribute to Modica, a city with a measured and natural elegance. Completely renovated into a beautiful townhouse (150m2) for five people, with the aim to maintain its original soul while restore the spaces... Modica stone, pitchstone, and natural colors have been the subject of a skilled work that was exclusively executed by local craftsmen. The house is furnished with elegant design furniture and objects that have been collected over the years from countries of South and Central America.
On the first floor, are two spacious double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a well-appointed modern kitchen with everything you need to cook and a bright terrace where you can enjoy your delicious Sicilian dinner. There is also a small studio-living room with a TV and a library. On the ground floor, you have access to a patio and a lounge room with French doors.
The architecture and layout of the house allow seeing the different angles and panoramas of Modica, all immersed in an enveloping light, the light of Sicily and of the southeast.

Domus Sbirciò is set in one of the many alleyways of the historic center of Modica. The atmosphere here is warm and welcoming, typical of this corner of Sicily.
