Just a few minutes' walk from the coast and the centre of the charming surfing village of Ericeira, you will find this beautiful estate with 6 holiday homes, three of which have a private swimming pool. The houses each have a modern architectural style and minimalist interior, with much use of neutral tones and natural materials such as raw wood. Each property has one bedroom, but also offers the possibility of extra sleeping places on the spacious sofa bed, ideal for a relaxing family holiday. Around the shared pool, you can sunbathe on one of the sun loungers or enjoy a drink overlooking the green surroundings.

Ericeira is a charming fishing village on the Portuguese coast, about 35 minutes north of Lisbon. Ericeira Prima Villas is located next to a supermarket along a slightly busy road. The village is especially known as an excellent surfing spot with a beautiful coastline. High cliffs alternate with small sandy beaches. Around Ericeira, there are several surf beaches, each with its own character and suitable for different levels. You will also find numerous surf schools and places to rent a surfboard! In the village you will also find excellent restaurants, trendy bars, coffee shops and boutique shops. The many surfers who flock here make this place a unique combination of authentic and trendy.
Drive through the Portuguese countryside and stop at one of the local wineries for a wine tasting. You can also drive to Malveira (21 km), where one of the few local markets can be found in this region. Here you will find fresh produce, delicacies, as well as clothing, furniture and decorations.

Reservations are valid upon receipt of a deposit of 30% of the total rent. The balance must be paid 6 weeks before arrival. If you book within 6 weeks before arrival, you are required to pay the full amount immediately. In case of cancellation within 6 weeks before arrival there will be no refund. Therefore we strongly recommend you to take out a comprehensive travel insurance.
The owners ask for a security deposit of 200 Euros, which you will have to transfer to Nice2stay. If you leave the house in a good condition and no damage has been noticed, Nice2stay will refund the deposit within 14 days after departure from the house.
