This old finca was recently transformed into a luxurious hideaway where you will find everything you need! Behind floor-to-ceiling windows reveals a stylish and modern interior. Light colors, a touch of green, and natural materials dominate the predominantly white spaces that are filled with high-quality (designer) furniture, wicker lamps, and eye-catching works of art on the wall.
Thanks to its spacious design, the large living room offers maximum comfort, and in the high-end kitchen (including Bosch & Bora appliances) you can cook and dine together at the large dining table where the fireplace provides warmth in winter months. Three double bedrooms and contemporary bathrooms complete the house. As well, there are two self-contained cottages (casitas) on the property, each with a bedroom, a living with a sofa bed, and a kitchenette with which the finca can accommodate 10 adults and 4 children in total; ideal for families with (older) children and/or grandparents traveling along.
The stylish furnishings continue outside! In the large garden with palm, olive, and citrus trees are a gorgeous heated pool and lounge areas with sun loungers and Blomus day beds for relaxing hours in the sun. You can prepare cozy barbecues in the covered outdoor kitchen and the roof terrace of the old mill tower is a unique spot with 360-degree views! Kids (and their parents) will love the tennis court and the many sports facilities and games they'll find! All equipment is also available for the smallest guests, so you don't have to bring anything from home!
If you can resist leaving this beautiful family paradise, you will find numerous excursions in the area. Playa de Muro beach is a 15-minute drive away, you can walk and cycle in the rolling landscape and will find an authentic ambiance and excellent dining options in the towns of Valldemosa, Soller, and Deiá.

When booking, a deposit of 30% of the reservation amount is required. The remainder must be paid no later than 6 weeks before the start of your stay. When booking within the period of 6 weeks, the total reservation sum is to be paid immediately. In case of a cancellation more than 6 weeks before the start of your stay, 50% of the deposit will be returned. In case of cancellation within the period of 6 weeks no refund will be made. We therefore recommend a cancellation insurance.
The owners ask for a security deposit of 1,000 euros, this amount must be paid by bank transfer. If you leave the house tidy and no damage has been found, the amount - in reduction of the tourist tax (Ecotasa) and electricity consumption of the air conditioning and pool heating - will be transferred back to your account.
The cleaning costs are 350 euros and must be paid to Nice2stay at the time of booking.

Finca Es Moli Ariany is located in north-central Mallorca, just outside the picturesque hilltop village of Ariany, which you can reach on foot (5 minutes). Here you will find two small supermarkets and the market square, where the weekly market takes place on Wednesdays. You can also enjoy a glass of wine in the café-bar. Further groceries can be done in Santa Margalida (8 km) and Petra (7 km).
Beach and water sports enthusiasts will find numerous facilities at Playa de Muro (19 km). This longest beach in Mallorca is only a 15-minute drive from Ariany. There are also some beach bars where you can enjoy a delicious meal. Son Serra de Marina (19 km) is a small quiet coastal town in the north of Mallorca. It has a pristine beach with some beach restaurants and bars. Other beaches worth visiting are Cala Agulla (42 km), Cala Torta (43 km), and Cala Mesquida (44 km).
A unique natural landscape can be found in the Sierra de Tramuntana, a Unesco World Heritage Site, which is characterized by extensive forests and impressive cliffs that drop into the Mediterranean Sea. The Sierra de Tramuntana is located on the west side of the island. The best way to get to know the area is on foot. In the Tramuntana, you will also find authentic villages and towns full of charm, such as Valldemosa (55 km), Soller (59 km), Deiá (65 km), Banyalbufar (65 km) and Fornalutx (65 km) all of which you can reach by car in about an hour.
There are several golf courses on the island; the nearest golf course is only a 20-minute drive away, La Reserva Rotana (17 km).
Cycling enthusiasts will find nearby quiet country roads and marked routes that allow you to enjoy the beautiful landscapes, such as from Ariany to Manacor (17 km). In Manacor, you can visit the museum and tennis school of Rafael Nadal. It is also possible to reserve a tennis court here.
In Porto Cristo (30 km) you will find two impressive underground caves with (sculptural) limestone formations: the caves of Drac and the caves of Ham! A unique experience for young and old!
Palma de Mallorca invites you to a lively day out in the city. In addition to beautiful (historical) sights such as the cathedral La Seu, the royal palace of Almudaina, and various museums, the capital Palma invites you for shopping, eat delicious tapas in the old town, and stroll on the boulevard.
The Son Sant Joan Airport (in Palma de Mallorca) is 45 km away, about a 40-minute drive.

Finca es Moli Ariany is a completely renovated finca that consists of three separate buildings, a main house, and two annexes (casita), which can accommodate a total of 10 adults and 4 children. Thanks to the layout with two annexes next to the main house, it is very suitable for families with small or older children or families with grandparents who find extra privacy in their "casita"!
