Hidden Villa is a large luxury holiday villa for 10 people located within walking distance of one of the most beautiful beaches in Spain. The villa is hidden in the charming seaside resort of Jávea, on an invisible spot against the mountain range of Montgó.
No expense was spared to make this place unique. The interior combines Spanish elements and Dutch design and is characterized by clean lines, modern styling, and an artistic touch that bespeaks the creative background of the Dutch owners. Hidden Villa is set in a beautiful garden with various spacious terraces to enjoy outdoor life fully. Reservations are considered valid after receipt of a down payment of 30% of the total rental costs. The balance must be paid 6 weeks before the day of arrival. If your booking is done within 6 weeks before arrival, you are required to pay the full amount immediately. In case of cancellation more than 6 weeks before arrival 50% of the received down payment will be refunded. No refund will take place in case of cancellation within 6 weeks before arrival. We therefore strongly recommend a comprehensive travel insurance.
The owners request a deposit for t.h.v. 1000 Euros, you must transfer this amount to Nice2stay. If you leave the house well and no damage has been found, Nice2stay will refund the deposit within 14 days after departure from the house.

Hidden Villa is nestled in a calm residential area of the seaside resort of Jávea, at 15 minutes walking distance (downhill) from a quiet bay with azure blue water, La Granadella. The beach - as it is said - is one of the most beautiful beaches in Spain. Here you can not only sunbathe but also go snorkeling or paddle boarding. And if you get hungry, you can eat delicious tapas with sea view in the restaurant. You will also find trendy beach bars such as La Siesta or Cala Clemence at a short distance. (15 minutes by car).
Walls once enclosed the historic center of Jávea and still it features an irregular city pattern that survived the Middle Ages. In a pleasant atmosphere, you will find old houses and palaces with whitewashed walls. Be sure to visit the 16th-century Church of San Bartolomé, which is built entirely of the local golden "tosca" sandstone.
In the evening, head to the Arenal boulevard for a walk and stop for dinner in the harbor to indulge delicious fresh fish while overlooking the sea.

Hidden Villa is nestled in a quiet residential area in Jávea, a 5-minute drive (or a walk of 15 minutes downhill) from a gorgeous sandy beach. The villa is spread over two floors and has five bedrooms. As both floors have independent facilities, the house is ideal for two families or several parties that can enjoy to the fullest their privacy.
The villa has a stylish modern design, an inviting garden, and attractive outdoor spaces in and out of the sun, perfect for a sunny holiday in good company!
