A 5-minute walk takes you to the old marina and the village square, which includes among other restaurants, a bakery, and a butcher. A beautiful 30-minute walk takes you to Nieuwpoort-Bad where you can get a breath of fresh air (and play) at the seaside and practice many water sports.

With two ensuite bedrooms, both for two people, a playroom with a cot, and a sleeping loft for four, the house is perfect for (two) families with children. When booking, a deposit of 30% of the reservation amount is requested. The remainder must be paid no later than 6 weeks before the start of your stay. When booking within the period of 6 weeks, the total reservation amount must be paid immediately. In case of cancellation more than 6 weeks before the start of the stay, 50% of the deposit will be returned. No refunds will be made for cancellations made within the 6-week period. We therefore recommend cancellation insurance.
The owners of Hip aan Zee ask for a deposit of 200 Euro, this amount must be paid to Nice2stay together with the remaining payment and will be returned to you within 14 days after departure (in case of no damage).

Hip aan Zee is located in a car-free street in a quiet area of the nice seaside resort of Nieuwpoort on the Belgian Coast. Restaurants, cozy bars, and shops as well as the old harbor are just a 5-minute walk away. You can also get your groceries on foot; you will find a bakery, butcher, fishmonger, pharmacy, and supermarket within a 10-minutes walking distance.
If you fancy a day at the beach, you can walk in half an hour to Nieuwpoort-Bad via a beautifully landscaped walking path along the water. If you prefer to ride than to walk, you can take the coastal tram, which is only 5 minutes away from the house. So you don't need to take your car.
