This old chapel has been beautifully renovated and transformed into a stylish home for 10 people with plenty of space for the children! An ideal place to enjoy with your family to unwind and enjoy the gorgeous views of the Mediterranean Sea. The house has an air ventilation system where the air is refreshed every 2 hours.
The interior fully reflects its natural environment with warm earth tones, natural materials such as wood, linen, bamboo, and old wooden beamed ceilings.
The chapel has a chic country kitchen and an attractive open living room with a dining table and lounge area by the wood-burning stove. There are 2 double bedrooms with 2 modern bathrooms. The adjacent guest house also contains 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. If you open the glass doors to the terrace, you immerse yourself into nature! In the large garden with a private pool, you will find room to play, eat together and enjoy the sun.
Despite its privacy and tranquility, La Capella is only 5 minutes with the car from the sea; the Catalan Coastal area is known for its kilometers of sandy beaches, but also for its non-touristic hidden bays, natural parks, and sports activities. Small medieval villages are scattered inland and the bustling town of Platja d'Aro; a fantastic culinary hotspot and a real shopping paradise!

Interim cleaning and change of linen (for stays of longer than a week) can be arranged on request (and for a fee).
A deposit of 30% of the reservation sum is requested upon reservation. The remainder must be paid no later than 6 weeks before the start of your stay. When booking within the 6-week period, the total reservation sum must be paid immediately. In case of cancellation more than 6 weeks before the start of the stay, 50% of the deposit will be returned. In case of cancellation within the period of 6 weeks no refund will take place. We therefore recommend a cancellation insurance.
Additional conditions related to Covid-19: if a rebooking is confirmed, the voucher is valid for a similar holiday season, i.e. a Christmas holiday cannot be rebooked as a summer holiday.
The security deposit required by the home owner is 500EUR, to be paid in advance to Nice2stay. If no damages have been reported, the security deposit will be charged back within 2 weeks.
The final cleaning fee is 250EUR and this is to be paid in advance to Nice2stay, together with the rental costs.

La Capella is located in the middle of a nature reserve, 5 minutes with the car from the beach of Playa d'Aro on the Costa Brava. This old fishing village has grown into a large and bustling seaside resort. The main street is a real shopping paradise with shops for all tastes and budgets. Near the beach - on the 3 km long promenade - you will find various bars and restaurants.
But next to the lively atmosphere, you will also find quiet bays where you can take a refreshing dip in the azure blue water, such as Cala Sa Conca. This bay has a beautiful sandy beach with green pine trees that provide the necessary shade.
Sporty guests can choose from numerous water sports, mountain biking, golf, and hiking. A beautiful walking route starts near the house through the nature reserve.
