Le Mas des Ecoliers is a stunning holiday home for the whole family, situated in the sunny Provence in the South of France. The owners Marie & Benjamin wanted to create a place where you can enjoy a carefree holiday, also with small children or a large family. The result is a family-friendly holiday home, with a large garden and great facilities. Let yourself be surprised by this special place and taste the Provencal way of living that Le Mas des Ecoliers has to offer.
The farmhouse has been warmly and tastefully decorated and has all the facilities you need to feel at home, even on your holiday. Several different types of wood have been used, which gives the whole a soothing but also a rural feel. WIth five bedrooms, there is space for up to 12 people. Each bedroom has its own characterful decoration and a modern bathroom. In addition, there is a cosy living room with a wood-burning stove and vintage furniture. Further on, you will find the well-equipped kitchen overlooking the garden. On summer days, you can buy fresh produce at the local market and light the electric plancha to enjoy a barbecue on the adjoining terrace.
Outside is a spacious, green garden with a spacious lawn and of course the cooling swimming pool. The pool is fenced, ideal for small children. In addition, there is enough space for everyone to play, dine, read a book or simply enjoy the peace and quiet. For nice daytrips in the area, Le Mas des Ecoliers is also the right place: close to the house, you will find the charming village of Châteaurenard, where you can visit the castle. Also the lively city of Avignon and several nice places along the Rhone are within reach. Furthermore, you can reach the beaches of the Mediterranean Sea within an hour.

When making a reservation, we ask for a deposit of 30% of the reservation sum. The remainder must be paid no later than 6 weeks before the start of the stay. When booking within the period of 6 weeks, the total reservation sum has to be paid immediately. In case of cancellation more than 6 weeks before the start of the stay, 50% of the deposit will be refunded. When cancelling within the period of 6 weeks there will be no refund. We therefore recommend a cancellation insurance.
The deposit is €1000 and will have to be paid on the spot upon arrival. This can be done by cash, card or transfer payment. If no damage is found, the deposit will be refunded within two weeks.

Les Mas des Ecoliers is quietly situated just outside the town Châteaurenard in the Provence. In Châteaurenard, you will find several shops, supermarkets and restaurants. You can also visit the medieval castle of Châteaurenard - and plenty of other châteaus in the vicinity!
Further away, you will find Avignon (16 km), a large historical city located at the river Rhône. Visit the Palais des Papes, where popes lived for a century, and wander through the many streets full of cafés, restaurants, shops and old Gothic buildings. Art and culture lovers will enjoy this city and visit for example the museums Musée Louis Vouland, Musée Calvet and Musée Angladon.
Drive to Tarascon (18,5 km), with its impressive castle and cosy town centre and on the other side of the river Beaucaire (20 km). Another nice place to discover nearby is Arles (35 km). Here you can eat in several restaurants and visit for example the Roman amphitheatre (the largest and best preserved antique monument in Arles) and the monasteries of Saint-Trophime (known for their ornate architecture and sculpted biblical scenes). Or drive to, Nîmes (50 km) a charming historic city nestled in the hills of the Languedoc.
An hour's drive away is the nature reserve of the Camargue with several unique unspoilt beaches such as Piémanson (84 km), the family-friendly Saintes Maries de la Mer (87 km) and the famous Plage Napoléon (72 km). You will find here beautiful nature, a nature reserve with flamingos and nice villages with good restaurants.
You can fly to the airport of Marseille (82 km).
