In the picturesque hamlet of Glanges, in the central-western part of France, stands the charming domain, Lys d'Avril. Nestled between the hills of the Limousin, this 17th-century manor, entirely renovated by Dutch owners, offers a pleasant stay in the middle of a large garden with a saltwater swimming pool. Surrounded by a captivating countryside, just 30 minutes from the town of Limoges, picturesque villages, and a beautiful swimming lake, Lys d'Avril is an ideal base for a relaxing stay in authentic France.
You can stay here in a lofty barn apartment (for 2-5 people) or the cozy house 'Maison Principale' (for 2-7 people) or both, for a joint holiday with friends or family.
In the completely furnished houses, authentic elements, natural materials, and neutral colors are attractively combined with vintage, and brocante finds. The barn apartment with private terrace features an inviting living room, fully equipped kitchen and a bedroom with bathroom on the ground floor. On the mezzanine, there are three beds, an excellent hideaway for the children. Here is also a shower and separate toilet.
During your stay at the ‘Maison Principale’, you will not lack anything, besides the three bedrooms and two bathrooms it is equipped with a rustic kitchen and cozy living room.
Let the children play in the fenced garden, take a swim in the pool, relax in the hammock and enjoy a dinner under the sunshade while the evening falls.
