The main entrance with large wooden doors opens to the hall and the central living room with cozy fireplace. Further up you will find the dining room and an open kitchen. The kitchen is very well equipped and offers the possibility to prepare extensive dinners (or have them prepared for you). There is also a breakfast bar, pantry and laundry room. The spacious holiday home has four comfortable bedrooms and three bathrooms. Striking are the high ceilings, wooden floors and windows from the ceiling to the floor. The authentic details of the house are complemented with beautiful retro furniture and a warm, attractive design; You will immediately feel at home here.
The Mediterranean garden of Masia Balís is a soothing environment, with a backdrop of a green lawn with palm trees, a spacious pool and terraces. You have wide views of the Spanish coast from several lounge areas in the garden. Next to the kitchen is a covered terrace with a long dining table where you can sit and enjoy your company, late into the night on warm summer evenings. There are also several places around the spacious pool where you can enjoy a barbecue or a drink with family and friends. Calendar Legenda
A deposit of 30% of the reservation sum is required upon reservation. The remainder must be paid no later than 6 weeks before the start of your stay. When booking within the period of 6 weeks, the total reservation sum must be paid immediately. In case of cancellation more than 6 weeks before the start of the stay, 50% of the deposit will be returned. In case of cancellation within 6 weeks, no refund will be made. We therefore recommend cancellation insurance.
The owners request a deposit of 500 euros, you must transfer this amount to Nice2stay together with the (remaining) payment of the rent. If you leave the house well and no damage has been found, Nice2stay will refund the deposit within 14 days after departure from the house.
