Immersed in a landscape of ancient olive trees, in the countryside of Puglia, is set in peace Masseria Lu Niurù. This small farmhouse, over a hundred years old, was completely renovated under the supervision of the renowned architect Luca Zanaroli into a characteristic holiday home with an authentic and minimalist style.
Old windows and arched doorways were given a makeover with black frames, traditional niches were filled with local earthenware pots and the original stone walls and vaulted ceilings were combined with sleek concrete floors. Modern furniture and design lamps from Oluce and Nordisk Solar stylishly complete the rooms!
Masseria Lu Niurù is suitable for 6 people and has an attractive custom-made kitchen, a chic dining room, and a living room with lounge sofas. There are three double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. The almost 2-hectare garden is surrounded by olive trees, which you can enjoy by the panoramic swimming pool. The terrace under the pergola is a perfect place for al-fresco meals and from the roof of the Masseria, you have endless views of the surrounding countryside and the Adriatic Sea.
The house is a wonderful home base for discovering Puglia, it is just a few kilometers from the city of Ostuni. The picturesque Apulian towns of Cisternino, Alberobello, and Fasano are within easy reach, as is the beach! It is just a 10-minute drive to the stunning sandy beaches of the Costa Merlara and the Torre Canne Natural Park. But you can also explore the peaceful countryside on foot or by bike.

Masseria Lu Niurù is set in the Apulian countryside, just 3 km from the white city of Ostuni. This city not only provides you with your daily necessities but also has an attractive historic center with excellent restaurants, nice shops, and markets. Perfect for a night out or a morning stroll.
The Masseria is ideally located between the countryside and the sea. Besides Ostuni, you can also easily reach the typical Apulian villages in the Itria Valley, such as:
A car ride of only 10 minutes brings you to the Adriatic Coast with a wide variety of beaches. The beautiful sandy beaches of the Costa Merlata are only 11 km away, and a little further (19 km) you will find the beaches of the Torre Canne Natural Park. Also, Torre Guaceto is highly recommended! Not only is it a great place to laze on the beach, but you can also rent a bike and go for a ride on marked trails. As well, it is great for hiking all year long.
Brindisi Airport is 38 km from the house and Bari Airport is about 100 km (just over an hour's drive) away.
