MerSea is a stylish and cosy appartment for up to 5 persons on the Côte d'Azur. Only a few meters separate this flat from the beautiful sandy beach and crystal clear water of the Mediterranean Sea. The creative Dutch owners have transformed this southern French flat into a nice stay with lots of charm.
The house has 3 bedrooms, which are separated by authentic glass doors and a bathroom with walk-in shower and beautiful tiled floor. The large windows in the bedrooms offer views of the garden and let in plenty of sunlight. In the living room you will find beautiful wooden furniture, rattan chairs, and a comfortable seating area. The house has a warm, homely atmosphere that will make you feel at home immediately. Because of the many windows, the indoor and outdoor areas merge nicely. There is also a compact but well-equipped kitchen.
Outside you will find the terrace with a covered dining table and several places to enjoy the sun. The garden is full of Mediterranean plants, palms and flowers and is enclosed by walls in beautiful shades of terracotta. To cool down on hot days, you can step under the outdoor shower or cross the road directly to La Nartelle beach. The centre of Saint-Maxime is only 10 minutes away and has many cosy terraces, a beautiful harbour and a long boulevard with plane trees and palm trees. Sainte-Maxime is situated between Saint-Tropez and Cannes and is therefore the ideal location to discover the surrounding area.
All accommodations in our unique collection meet our high standards in quality, comfort, style and setting. We visit every place, meet the owners and explore the area, so we are sure that you will have a great holiday here!

When you cross the road at MerSea, you come to Plage de la Nartelle, a golden sandy beach with several beach clubs. Water sports enthusiasts will also enjoy themselves at this spot! Here you can rent paddle boards, but also sailing boats, water scooters, jet skis and surfboards. If you do miss a pool, you can go to Saint Barts Plage. At this beach club with a swimming pool and private beach, you do have to pay an entrance fee, but you can relax all day in an exclusive setting.
MerSea is located near the city of Sainte-Maxime, a lively seaside resort where you can stroll through the typical southern French streets, along the many shops and cozy restaurants. There is also a large covered market with fresh local produce, such as sausages, bread, cheeses and olives, but also clothing and pottery. You can take a ferry from Sainte-Maxime which will bring you in 20 minutes - without long traffic jams or high parking costs - to the popular Saint-Tropez. Here you can stroll through the port and the city centre and experience the luxurious ambience of this city.
The historic cities in this region are also worth a visit. For example, drive to Port-Grimaud (12 km), a fortified town by the sea, completely rebuilt in the old style. Or go to the old towns of Grimaud (16 km) and La Garde Freinet (23 km). Both towns have a castle with beautiful views and are situated in the Massif des Maures, a rough mountainous area where you can make the most beautiful walks. At a half hour drive lies Roquebrune-sur-Argens, a medieval village dominated by its majestic rock. The church, fountains and many chapels are witnesses of a rich past. Here, you will also be rewarded with a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea.
You can fly to the airport of Toulon (50 km) or Nice (90 km).
