The city still has an authentic charm with small streets, white houses, and brightly colored balconies, but you will also find modern parts.
Ohlive Villas are nestled in beautiful nature. You find hiking trails here and many gorgeous beaches nearby. Kechria beach is 1 km (walking) away, and the beach of Ligaries is only 1.2 km away. You can also drive to Kastro Beach (3 km) or a little further afield to the beautiful Mikro Aselinos Beach (12 km).
Also, from Skiathos, you can easily visit the other islands of the Sporades, such as Skopelos, Alonissos, and Skyros. You can take a taxi boat, an organized boat tour, or rent a boat yourself for a day and admire the islands from the clear blue water.
In the summer months, you can easily fly to Skiathos Airport (11 km), but you can also take the ferry to the island from the port of Volos on the mainland.

If your booking is done within 6 weeks before arrival, you are required to pay the full amount immediately. In case of cancellation no refund will take place. A security deposit is required to cover any damages incurred during your stay. This amount must be transferred or paid via credit card (Stripe link) one week before your stay and will be refunded at the latest 10 days after your stay if no damage has been found and you leave the accommodation tidy.

Ohlive villas are two beautiful architectural villas in a wonderful location with endless sea views. The villas are located next to each other but are completely independent and offer sufficient privacy. Both villas (Ohlive I and Ohlive II) are equipped with all modern comforts, luxurious facilities, and inviting outdoor spaces. The villas are similar in furnishings and design. They feature an open plan living with a fully fitted kitchen and four en-suite bedrooms, all accessed from the outside and distributed over the various floors of the villas. Large sliding doors provide access to the outdoor area with various terraces in and out of the sun equipped with a dining table, barbecue, lounge chairs, and a private infinity pool with luxury sunbeds and an outdoor shower. The villas have private parking.
