There is also a natural vegetable garden, orchard, and some friendly chickens. How idyllic can a place be?
Paratgea is an ideal home base to discover nature; from the house, you can make shorter and longer walks, but also all kinds of excursions. The beaches of the Costa del Maresme are just about 20 minutes away, and there are pretty wine farms in the area. At the same time, its proximity to Barcelona and Girona also makes Paratgea an ideal home for day trips to these alluring cities of the Costa Brava.

When booking, a deposit of 50% of the reservation amount is required. The remainder must be paid no later than 6 weeks before the start of your stay. When booking within the period of 6 weeks, the total reservation sum is to be paid immediately. In case of a cancellation more than 6 weeks before the start of your stay, 50% of the deposit will be returned. In case of cancellation within the period of 6 weeks no refund will be made. We therefore recommend a cancellation insurance.
The owners ask for a security deposit of 1,500 euro, which has to be paid in advance to Nice2stay. You will receive a payment request 1 week before your arrival. If you leave the accommodation clean and no damage is found, the deposit will be returned within 14 days.

Paratgea is a short distance from the village of Llinars del Vallès - located between Barcelona and Girona - which provides you with all your daily amenities, with supermarkets, restaurants, and bars.
Thanks to the exceptional location of Paratgea in the middle of nature, you can make several walks from the house in the Montnegre I el Corredor Natural Park, for example, to Can Bordoi through the oak forests (30 minutes one way) and to La Torrassa to enjoy the beautiful view of the valley (90 minutes one way). If you are traveling with smaller children, you can also explore shorter and flatter hiking trails in the forest.
Cycling enthusiasts will find beautiful routes in the area and for golfers, Golf La Roca is only 8 km away.
The sea and the beach are also just a short drive away. The coastal strip of Costa del Maresme with numerous beautiful beaches is only a 20-minute car ride. Platja de la Musclera, in Arenys de Mar, is a very beautiful beach surrounded by imposing hills. You can also sunbathe, swim and enjoy the Mediterranean Sea at the beaches of Sant Andreu de Llavaneres (26 km) and Sant Pol de Mar (39 km).
Paratgea is located in the Alella wine region. The wines (mainly white wines made from the pansá blanca grape) from this region are the product of small-scale vineyards, which you can visit for a tasting.
One of the best craft beers produced in the region, Sant Jordi has a brewery less than 5 km from Paratgea. You can visit the brewery and taste the different types of beer that are produced here.
Shopping enthusiasts cannot miss a visit to the outlet mall La Roca Village (8km) and the nearby NIKE factory store.
A trip to Canet de Mar (34 km) is also really worthwhile. The old center of this town consists of cobbled streets and beautiful modernist houses with colorful facades. In addition to unique architecture, Carnet also has gorgeous beaches.
In less than an hour from Paratgea you can visit Girona (65 km)., and Barcelona (42 km) is also excellent for a day trip. You can also reach Barcelona by public transport. A short taxi ride (5-10 minutes) will take you to Llinars Del Vallès train station from where you can catch a train to Barcelona.
