Complete your stay with the following services:
When booking, a deposit of 30% of the reservation amount is required. The remainder must be paid no later than 6 weeks before the start of your stay. When booking within the period of 6 weeks, the total reservation sum is to be paid immediately. In case of a cancellation more than 6 weeks before the start of your stay, 50% of the deposit will be returned. In case of cancellation within the period of 6 weeks no refund will be made. We therefore recommend a cancellation insurance.
The owners ask for a security deposit of 1,000 euros, which has to be paid in advance to Nice2stay. You will receive a payment request 1 week before your arrival. If you leave the accommodation clean and no damage is found, the deposit will be returned within 14 days.
A tourist tax of 2 euros per person (12 years and older) per night must be paid in cash or via bank transfer upon arrival.

Tenuta Morgana is located in the countryside, in the heart of the Itria Valley. It is a beautiful place to unwind completely. The town of Ostuni is 13 km away. In addition to all the daily amenities, this 'white city' has a beautiful old town, as well as many cultural events and services for you to enjoy during your visit.
By car, you can make tours through the Itria Valley, past vineyards and olive groves and picturesque villages, such as :
If you fancy a day at the beach, you can reach Torre Santa Sabina (26 km) in just half an hour's drive. The Torre Guaceto nature reserve is close to this beach. It is a protected marine area with numerous flora and fauna, clear blue water, and beautiful beaches including Spiaggia Torre Guaceto. A little further away (40 km) is the coastal town of Monopoli which is home to a nice sandy beach, and crystal clear waters, perfect for snorkeling, diving, and other water sports.
Sporty guests can explore the area by bicycle. The 230 km long 'Acquedotto Pugliese' is a network of cycle paths that runs throughout the Valle d'Itria.
If you want to immerse yourself in the local culture, you should attend one of the local folk festivals (the so-called “sagre”) where you can taste the best regional seasonal specialties while enjoying a drink and music.
The nearest airport is in Brindisi, about 50 km away. Bari Airport (96 km) is a 45-minute drive away.
