On reservation we ask for a deposit of 30% of the total amount. The remainder must be paid no later than 6 weeks before the start of the stay. In case of a booking within the period of 6 weeks, the total reservation amount needs to be paid immediately. In case of a cancellation more than 6 weeks before the start of the stay, 50% of the deposit will be returned. In case of cancellation within the period of 6 weeks no refund will be made. We therefore recommend a cancellation insurance.

The island of Zakynthos is a popular destination, not only for its fabulous beaches but also for its beautiful architecture, bustling coastal towns, and unique attractions such as Shipwreck Bay and the Blue Caves. At the same time, in the rugged interior, you will find many vineyards and olive groves, and unspoiled villages where you can still experience an authentic Greek atmosphere.
Uparati Villa has an exclusive location - right above Tsilivi Beach (300m). A little further away are the beautiful sandy beaches of Bouka (350m), Gaidaros (850m), and Amboula (1.6km).
The town of Zakynthos (Zante) is 5 km from the accommodation. Here you will find a lively atmosphere, many restaurants, and cafes, as well as charming streets and squares, such as the central Dionysios Solomos square right by the town's harbor. You can also visit two museums, the Dionysios Solomos Museum and the Byzantine Museum with important pieces from the Byzantine Empire. When you are in the town of Zakynthos, you should definitely visit the Bochali viewpoint. Bochali is a small village located on the top of the promontory that rises at the back of Zakynthos Town. The view of the town and the harbor is absolutely breathtaking!
If you are in for a night out go to Laganas (10 km). A vibrant nightlife and kilometers of sandy beach make Laganas one of the most sought-after locations on the island. In summer, you will find many parties with well-known DJs in the beach clubs. In contrast, you will find peace and traditions in the rugged north of the island. With an island tour from Uparati Villa, you can discover this authentic part of the island including local wine farms, potteries, and olive producers.
