Villa Cardo has a completely private location, amid olive and almond trees. In traditional style, you will find the main house and a guest house with a gorgeous swimming pool in the middle.

Layout Main house | 6 people

• Exactly in line with the swimming pool is the stylish dining room with an old tiled floor and vaulted ceiling. This room features a long dining table with 8 chairs and gives access to the terrace by the pool.
• At the back of the dining room, doors separate the dining area from a beautiful living room with two chairs and a built-in sofa with comfortable cushions. Thanks to the large windows, lots of natural light enters and give the patio doors access to the garden.
• Decorated in the same style, is the second living room equipped with large windows overlooking the garden, a built-in sofa, and a comfortable armchair.
• There is a fully fitted kitchen with a 6-burner induction hob, an oven, an American fridge, a dishwasher, and a Nespresso machine.
• In the basement, you will find a TV room, a lounge area, and a Turkish bath, perfect for relaxing hours.
• The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom that is equipped with a bath, toilet, a striking elongated sink, and a double shower, with attractive copper-colored showerheads. This bedroom has its own veranda and garden with an outdoor bathtub and shower.
• There are two other bedrooms that share a bathroom, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. This last room can also be used as an additional living area

The old "lamia" is opposite the main house and has a bedroom with a double bed and a large bathroom.

The entire house is further equipped with air conditioning, heating, and WIFI internet.

Outside:
The beautifully landscaped garden is filled with typical Mediterranean vegetation such as fichi d’india (cactus plants), olive and almond trees.

• Between the main house and the guest house is the eye-catching red-colored swimming pool (10x4 meters with stairs and shallow end) surrounded by a sun terrace with luxury loungers.
• Next to the swimming pool is the fully covered outdoor terrace with a large dining table, an outdoor kitchen, and a huge lounge sofa.
• An external staircase in the middle of the main house takes you to the roof terrace with a magnificent panorama of the sea.
• The accommodation is closed with an electric gate and offers parking spaces at the house.
