Natural materials form a beautiful contrast with modern furniture, crisp white linen on the beds, and light gray tiled floors.
The villa has all the comforts of a luxurious holiday feel. There are 6 double bedrooms (with space for 12 people), 4 modern bathrooms with a large walk-in shower, a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table, and a living room with a spacious TV and lounge area (in the tower). Everywhere you will find air conditioning for a pleasant temperature in the summer months.
The villa's highlights are the covered terraces and private saltwater pool with breathtaking views over the mountains and the sea. Here you will find a relaxing spot at any time of the day. Catch the first rays of sunshine on the lounge chairs of the balcony, enjoy a siesta with a good book, or have an al-fresco dinner from the barbecue. Around the pool, you can unwind on one of the sunbeds while children have fun in the water. The large palm tree completes the Mediterranean ambiance outside!
Villa los Primos is also a perfect getaway for discovering the famous beaches of the Costa Brava. Only 10 minutes away, you will find the bay of Palamós and the beach of Platja de Sant Antoni, but also for golf enthusiasts, watersports fans, and culture buffs (Barcelona is a perfect destination for a day trip), this is a wonderful home base.

When booking, a deposit of 30% of the reservation amount is required. The remainder must be paid no later than 6 weeks before the start of your stay. When booking within the period of 6 weeks, the total reservation sum is to be paid immediately. In case of a cancellation more than 6 weeks before the start of your stay, 50% of the deposit will be returned. In case of cancellation within the period of 6 weeks no refund will be made. We therefore recommend a cancellation insurance.
The owners ask for a security deposit of 500 euros, which has to be paid in advance to Nice2stay. You will receive a payment request 1 week before your arrival. If you leave the accommodation clean and no damage is found, the deposit will be returned within 14 days.
Tourist tax at the rate of X euro per person per night has to be paid in cash or via a bank transfer.

Villa los Primos is located about 3 km from the town of Calonge on the Costa Brava. In Calonge, you can find all your daily amenities. There are also 3 large supermarkets within a 5-minute drive. The villa is centrally located for various day trips in the area and to enjoy beach life.
The beach of Sant Antoni de Calonge (8 km) is only a 10-minute drive away, and the beaches of Palamós (9 km) and Platja d'Oro (11 km) are also just a short distance away.
Inland, you will find pretty villages to visit, such as Palafrugell (20 km) and Begur (23 km).
If you miss city life, you cannot miss the medieval center of Girona (45 km). This lovely university town has an old center with medieval streets and a fantastic range of cycling routes and paths leading all the way to the Mediterranean coast. Of course, a day trip to Barcelona (115 km) must be on your list.
