The house and garden occupy a total surface area of 1000 m2 and are both on one level (a rarity in Andalusia).
Ground floor:
- Cosy living room with fireplace, PC, TV and patio doors to the covered terrace. From October on the living room will be extended with the terrace, so there will be a inside dining area
- Small hall with bathroom (shower, toilet and wash basin) and large, imposing staircase to the upper floor
- Spacious double bedroom with French doors to a covered terrace (where the outdoor kitchen / swimming pool is located)
- Beautiful kitchen equipped with all mod cons, including a ceramic hob, oven, large fridge / freezer, espresso coffee machine and ample Ikea crockery. The kitchen also spills out onto the covered terrace
Upper floor:
- Three bedrooms, two with twin beds and one cheerful children's room with two bunk beds
- One double bedroom boasts a door to the roof terrace
- A bathroom with shower, wash basin and toilet in the hall
Garden:
The large garden has been meticulously landscaped with white pebbles, beautiful tiling and an ancient olive tree at its heart.

- The kitchen door opens out onto a second covered terrace – a delightful spot for an al fresco breakfast around the dining table
- The swimming pool area features a superb 8x4 metre swimming pool, sunbeds, built-in lounge sofa, Fatboys and an outdoor shower. Villa Pepita is heated by solar panels, so swimming in December, January, and February can be a bit more challenging, but the pool can still be warm at times.
