In the heart of Chianti, situated on a small hill in the prestigious wine area of Luiano, stands the recently renovated holiday home La Sgargia. Fully designed for the enjoyment of its guests who can enjoy the spectacular surrounding nature of the house in every comfort.
Villa la Sgargia is a private holiday villa of approximately 170 square meters, bordered by two hectares of private land planted with olive trees. The Italian owners, normally live in Milan, but if they want to escape the city they stay in the house next door (on request also possible to rent, total 10 people) and can help you with good tips about the area.
The main villa (6p) is on two floors. The ground floor has a well-equipped white kitchen, dining room, living room with comfortable sofas and armchairs, bookshelves on the wall, an old fireplace and ambient lighting. On the second floor, you will find three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Outside under the pergola, stands a large wooden table, the perfect spot for a large family dinner or to sit down with your morning coffee. Relax in the attractive lounge area or settle down in the sun loungers at the private pool surrounded by a green lawn offers incredible vistas of the neighboring vineyards.
La Sgargia is finished with light gray concrete floors, old ceilings decorated with whitish wooden beams, and vintage doors. The large iron windows make the house bright and friendly and offer a stunning view of the countryside. The atmosphere is warm, bright, modern and comfortable, and its décor is enriched with striking pieces of art, sleek design lighting, and gorgeous details.
Its strategic location - 15 km from Florence, 50 km from Siena and 7 km from San Casciano Val di Pesa, an alluring medieval village - makes this villa an ideal base for discovering this captivating region.

Reservations are considered valid after receiving a pre-payment of 30% of the total rental costs. The outstanding balance must be paid 6 weeks before the day of arrival. If your booking is done within 6 weeks before arrival, you are required to pay the full amount immediately. In case of cancellation more than 6 weeks before arrival 50% of the pre-payment will be refunded. No refund will take place in case of cancellation within 6 weeks before arrival. We therefore strongly recommend a travel insurance.
