The two houses can accommodate 4-6 people and are located on the located on beautiful green hills and from the living room and the terraces you have panoramic views of the picturesque French countryside.

The region has a continental climate, influenced by the Mediterranean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean. A mild climate, where it can be quite warm in the summer, but also quite cold in the winter.
The area around the houses of Vivre+ is lively and burgundian, with various festivals, farmers' markets and numerous castles. Vivre+ is close to the charming village of Monflanquin where there is a weekly market with fresh local produce and where you will find some restaurants and shops. You are also close to the charming places Villeréal (12 km), Monpazier (23 km), and the impressive castle of Chateau de Biron (17 km). The combination of peace, contemplation, culture, music and nature attract many people to this region.
The famous Dordogne area, with its caves, castles and medieval towns, is next door. Enjoy the rich gastronomy and visit the vineyards in and around Bergerac, Pécharmant, Monbazillac. The valley of the Dordogne has been added to the UNESCO programme of Man and Biosphere in 2012.
Sports enthusiasts can go hiking, cycling, canoeing on the Dordogne River or climbing among the treetops at Parc en Ciel (18 km). For children, a visit to Chateau Bridoire is highly recommended. A castle full of games and fairy-tale walks. Also a visit to the knight castle Castelnaud is a great experience for children.

On reservation a down payment of 30% of the total amount is required. The remainder must be paid no later than 6 weeks before the start of your stay. In case of a booking within the period of 6 weeks, the total reservation sum needs to be paid immediately. In case of a cancellation more than 6 weeks before the start of your stay, 50% of the deposit will be returned. In case of cancellation within the period of 6 weeks no refund will be made. We therefore recommend a cancellation insurance.
The owners ask for a security deposit of 200 Euros, to be paid in cash upon arrival. If you leave the house in a proper way, you will receive the amount back at the check-out.
