Nice2stay is a rental agency, specialised in unique & tasteful holiday homes, apartments and boutique hotels in Europe. We combine an attractive website with very personal and excellent service. All accommodations have been visited by our team, so clients can really trust us and are gladly advised by our team. Since the founding of Nice2stay in 2012, we have grown strongly and it is our ambition to further expand our position internationally. Besides our distinctive collection of accommodations, our strength lies in building long-term relationships with both our partners and our clients.

Our driven and multidisciplinary team consists of the two founders/owners, four product managers, two content writers, three booking consultants, a product content specialist, a finance administrator and six programmers/developers who help build our website and CRM tool from Pakistan.

Our beautiful office is located on the Zijlweg in Haarlem.


Product Manager (32-40 hours per week)


As a Product Manager, you will work in the product team and you will be responsible for the expansion, quality management and optimisation of our collection of handpicked accommodations.

With your market and product knowledge, you ensure, together with the team, the perfect presentation and optimal capacity of the offer within our collection. 

You are a spider in the web during all phases of the journey of our partners (the owners of the accommodations).  

You will work together on a project basis with our marketeer, new business, pricing specialists and our content writers. In addition, you will communicate a lot with our support team.

You will approach new partners by using your network and working closely with our new business employee.

You select potential partners by having a good sense of which accommodations fit Nice2stay and will add value to our collection. Of influence is the interior style, setting/ location, availability, hospitality and price level. 

After a consultative analysing phase you finalise the cooperation and coordinate & manage the entire process:

You are strong in project management and have a positive, results-oriented and commercial work attitude. 

You work accurately and know how to get things done, are naturally curious and take action to find out everything. Thinking in terms of solutions is natural for you.

You are strong in making analyses and are able to use these to achieve growth within the existing collection and to successfully market new acquisitions.

Creative content marketeer (32 h)


Create brand love and awareness for Nice2stay by leveraging our collection of 600+ unique accommodations in Europe and our personal relationship with our international clients and partners.

In the role of digital content marketer you are responsible for the development of the content strategy, planning & execution of our campaigns and reaching new target groups (both btoc and btob).

You are responsible for our content strategy, after which you take control of the execution and keep an overview of the content calendar. You coordinate the content and strategies of the campaigns with your colleagues within our product team and other internal stakeholders. 



We are looking for someone who can translate our concept into campaigns and content for the right target group. You have creative ideas for loading our brand, making content and deploying it on various online channels, our own website, our new app, as well as for PR. From generating awareness to retention (these terms are not new to you), you know how to get the most out of your content.

Because of the set-up of our company, the design and visual aspect is important, as well as knowledge and / or  interest in digital technology, as we have all development in-house.

We are looking for a commercial, goal-oriented and ambitious professional who can work in the team both hands-on and strategically. Experience with branding is a plus.

New Business (32 - 40 hours)


With the world at your feet you will make the Nice2stay collection grow with unique, beautiful accommodations. By making many online & phone contacts, monitoring social media, continuous competitive research and going to international trade fairs. You will introduce the Nice2stay concept to the owners. managers of holiday homes, domains and boutique hotels and you will be in contact with architects, photographers, project developers and real estate agents. Because of our good reputation in the market and our critical selection criteria you will work in a consultative way. You lay the foundation for a long-term cooperation. You are commercially astute, spotting opportunities by having a good eye and feel for new accommodations that will add value to our company.

You are a real communicator. You are a go-getter who can work independently and able to secure an important place within our team. 

You will work very closely with our four product managers (each responsible for their own country collections).

Product Content Creator Stage


Wij zijn op zoek naar een goede stagiair om ons team te ondersteunen. Het betreft een fulltime stage.

Dit betekent dat er (indien nodig) 8 uur per week aan een onderzoek / opdracht besteed kan worden en er 32 uur per week meegewerkt wordt op kantoor.

Als stagiair(e) zul je een bijdrage leveren aan het optimaliseren van de online klantbeleving t.a.v. de accommodaties die wij presenteren in onze collectie.

Je werkt op het snijvlak van communicatie, content en product.

Finance stage


Voor onze finance afdeling zoeken wij per september een stagiair. Je zorgt er samen met onze Finance Administrator voor dat onze boekhouding tip top in orde is en dat het gehele betalingsproces voor onze klanten en partners vlekkeloos verloopt.
